Hot & Saucy Sriracha Cauliflower

Labor Day is coming up in the US and the last thing anyone wants to do is labor on Labor Day. Celebrate the heat of summer and stay Sexie with this easy and pleasing Hot & Saucy Sriracha Cauliflower.

Hot & Saucy Sriracha Cauliflower

1 head of cauliflower cut into florets

1 cup flour

1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

3/4 cup non-diary milk

3/4 cup sriracha sauce

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp agave nectar (optional)

Vegan ranch dressing -try Follow Your Heart or make this one: Vegan Ranch

Celery sticks

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl add the flour, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder together. Then slowly pour the milk over them and mix things up for a smooth, creamy concoction. Take your Sexie cauliflower florets and let them skinny dip in the batter. Roll them around so all sides are covered. Then place them in a small baking dish. Set the dish in the oven for 20 minutes or until the florets are lightly tanned.

Meanwhile, in another bowl combine the fiery sriracha sauce, olive oil, and agave nectar for some additional sticky sweetness. Once the cauliflower is lightly browned drench them in your blazing sauce and put them back in the oven. In 10 minutes those Sexie florets will come out burning to be put in your mouth.

Serve them up with some cooling vegan ranch dressing and thirst-quenching celery. Then relax. You've earned it.
