Magic Pesto Chango Pizza

It's football season in the US and that means it's beer and pizza time! Drive it home with this magic, Sexie pesto pizza. It's so tasty, you might get sacked.

MAGIC PESTO CHANGO PIZZA

1 1/2 cup basil leaves

1/2 cup pine nuts

1/4 cup olive oil

4 cloves garlic

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt

Pre-made pizza crust or try this simple recipe from Food.com

Pizza toppings of your choice (Pictured here are mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and cherry tomatoes)

 

Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees F. Then grab your food processor or Magic Bullet for some pesto magic.

Toss in your basil leaves, pine nuts, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and salt and process them until they are transformed into a smooth and creamy spread.

Now with slight of hand, roll out your pizza dough, spread the Sexie pesto all over the dough, sprinkle on your favorite toppings, and bake it for 15-20 minutes. You want your crust to be lightly tanned before you take it out. 

Let it cool, cut it in quarters, and then, abracadabra, levitate it to your mouth. Sexie!
